In February, we announced our sale of Forefront Dermatology, the largest physician-led single specialty group providing dermatology services in the U.S., to Partners Group and our reinvestment in the company as minority owners. During our ownership, Forefront more than doubled the size of its geographic footprint, practice count and clinician base, and we’re thrilled about what we were able to accomplish in partnership with Scott Bremen, Dr. Betsy Wernli and the rest of the talented team.
We invested in Medical Knowledge Group, an analytics-driven drug commercialization platform, alongside Novo Holdings. We are excited to be backing CEO Leon Behar and his strong leadership team, and also to be partnering with a successful healthcare investor like Novo in its acquisition of MKG.
Expanding our Industrial Services portfolio, we announced the acquisition of Pueblo Mechanical & Controls, an industry leading mechanical services provider specializing in HVAC and plumbing installation, retrofit and repair services to customers in education, municipal, and healthcare end markets. We will partner with Pueblo to further accelerate the Company’s growth and support its strategic expansion through M&A.
Earlier this month we announced our investment in NovaSource Power Services. NovaSource is a global leader in solar operations and maintenance services to utility, commercial, industrial, and residential customers, with over 20GW of solar assets under management. It is the largest independent Solar O&M provider in the United States and globally.
And, recently, we also made a Convertible Preferred Investment into Precisely, the global leader in data integrity.
U.K./Europe
In July, we announced our acquisition of Network Plus, a leading utility and infrastructure repair and maintenance service provider in the UK, in an agreement with management shareholders and Livingbridge. We are well positioned to support the business going forward, including in the role the company will play assisting UK infrastructure with the significant investment required across energy transition, decarbonization and sustainability.
We continued to build on our momentum in Europe with the acquisition of Bionic. At the forefront of helping SMEs source business essential services, we are looking forward to partnering with Paul Galligan and his team to help accelerate the business' growth, including international expansion.

Across the portfolio, we completed more than 60 tuck-in acquisitions this year, working closely with management teams to accelerate growth.
