Shortly after graduating university, I knew I wanted to pursue a career within the world of investing, but I wasn’t quite sure where I wanted to end up. I came across the Investment Analyst Rotation Program at OMERS during my job search and I was immediately attracted to the opportunity. I quickly realized that the program would be the perfect opportunity for me to explore my interests, gain broad exposure to different investment groups, and learn from an engaged team of skilled investors.
My time in the program was nothing short of amazing. I started the rotation in Growth Equity, then moved to Oxford’s investing team, and finished my rotation in Infrastructure. My experience was filled with expedited learning where I discovered how to evaluate growth-stage businesses, work independently on leading workstreams, examine portfolio analytics, all while collaborating across a team of highly talented investors. The holistic approach of the program strengthened my investment expertise and prepared me to begin my career as a full-time employee.
Upon my completion of the program, I was offered a full-time role as an Associate in Growth Equity. I am fortunate to be working in an asset class that I am truly passionate about. My experience on the team has been great and the culture at OMERS Growth Equity is unmatched. I feel inspired and empowered working on such an inclusive, welcoming, and high-performing team.

The Investment Analyst Rotation Program allowed me to hit the ground running in my current role where I am responsible for the asset management of Course Hero and Purpose.
