Carl Helou

Carl joined the OMERS Private Equity team in March 2023. As an Associate, he is involved in the origination, execution and management of private equity investments in Europe.

Prior to joining OMERS, Carl was a Senior Associate within the Investment Banking team at Credit Suisse, initially within the Financial Sponsors Group, and then transitioning into the TMT practice. Prior to that, Carl founded and ran a food-tech business in London. He also was an Associate at Strategy& (formerly Booz & Company) advising clients on business turnarounds, growth and corporate strategies.

Carl holds an MBA from London Business School and a Bachelor in Civil Engineering from McGill University.
