David Dobson

David is an Associate Director at OMERS Private Equity based in New York. He focuses on Private Equity debt financing activities for both new and existing investments and helps oversee the firm’s financing relationships. He joined the team in May 2023.

Prior to joining OMERS, David worked as a Capital Markets & Business Development Associate for Cerberus’s Private Equity team. He started his career in Leveraged Finance at Morgan Stanley where he covered clients in the Industrial, Materials, and Business Services verticals.

David earned a Bachelors degree in Economics with honors from Vanderbilt University.
