Lisa Chen

Lisa is an Associate at OMERS Private Equity in the New York office and is responsible for origination, execution, and management of private equity investments in North America. She joined the team in May 2026.

Prior to joining OMERS, Lisa worked in industrials private equity at Wynnchurch Capital. Prior to that, she was an investment banking analyst in the Private Equity Advisory Group at Guggenheim Partners.

Lisa graduated with a Bachelors in Business Administration from the University of Southern California.
