Rhea Castelino

Rhea is an Associate within the Capital Solutions group at OMERS Private Equity where she focuses on GreenTech investments and Strategic Holdings. Rhea supports the origination, evaluation, and execution of investment opportunities. Additionally, Rhea is involved in managing the Strategic Holdings portfolio, which consists of over 20 direct and indirect investments alongside strategic partners.

Prior to joining OMERS in January 2023, Rhea was an Associate at DIF Capital Partners, a global Infrastructure Private Equity company. Rhea previously worked at Deloitte in the Infrastructure M&A and Advisory team.

Rhea holds an HBA degree from the Ivey Business School at Western University (with Distinction).
