Steph Brady

Steph is currently a Director, Legal with OMERS Private Equity, where she manages the legal aspects of new platform acquisitions, supports portfolio companies and provides in-house legal support. She recently returned to Canada after spending over four years working in OMERS Private Equity’s office in London, UK, where she developed expertise in European M&A. She continues to support the European Private Equity team from Toronto. Prior to joining Private Equity, Steph spent five years as an associate at Torys LLP in the Private Equity and Infrastructure groups.

Steph obtained her BBA and LL.B from University of New Brunswick.
