Walid Hassan

Walid joined OMERS in 2022 as an Associate in the Toronto office and is focused on the origination, execution, and management of private equity investments across the healthcare and software sectors in North America.

Prior to joining OMERS, Walid led corporate real estate investments, strategic growth initiatives, and development for RBI - a $500M EBITDA portfolio consisting of 5,500 properties. Prior to that, he advised private equity clients on value creation and commercial due diligence as part of Kepler Cannon’s global strategy consulting practice out of New York.

Walid holds a B.A. in Econometrics and Quantitative Economics from Yale University.
